Quintessence, originally a brand from Bogotá with a city-inspired vibe, faced a unique marketing hurdle with the launch of Quintessence Bahía, a luxury beachfront property in the Colombian Caribbean. The team needed to translate the brand's urban identity to a new context and lifestyle, posing an exciting opportunity our team.
The challenge was twofold: to preserve the brand's identity and values, while adapting them to a new environment, and to create a comprehensive marketing campaign that would capture the essence of the project and attract potential buyers. To achieve this, the team had to develop a full branding concept, and use cutting-edge ekoospaces technology to showcase the property's unique features, such as the stunning beachfront location and breathtaking ocean views.
