Our client, "Arias, Serna y Saravia", hired us to provide a full architectural communications package for their latest real estate project, Avanzza, in Bogotá. The challenge was to appeal to a new market segment of discerning mid-income buyers who desired a luxury living experience.
Taking inspiration from Chanel's "ready-to-wear" line, we transformed the sales gallery and amenities of the Avanzza project into a high-end experience at an affordable price point, with interior design focused on creating a luxurious environment through modern furnishings, high-quality finishes, and smart space planning. Our full architectural communications package, with Ekoospaces at the forefront, supported the project's overall vision and helped us attract the desired demographic.
