BACKGROUND

Our company was approached by Constructora Bolívar to help create a concept, branding, communication strategy and interior design of a new residential project in Bogotá. The project aimed to offer an experiential lifestyle to young people and professionals seeking community-driven living spaces. The client wanted the project to stand out from the competition and appeal to prospective buyers.

Our main challenge was to develop a concept that centered around bicycle culture and mobility, which we identified as the key lifestyle aspiration of the target audience. We aimed to create interior designs that seamlessly complemented the theme of the project, while ensuring that the branding and promotional materials aligned with the concept and the target demographic.

To capture the essence of the project, we created a promotional video, 360° images, and visuals that showcased the unique amenities and communal spaces that revolved around a healthy and active lifestyle. Our team worked to ensure that the visual representation of the project communicated the experiences for future inhabitants.
