Sonora Montana is located in Caldas, Antioquia, this project redefines the harmony between city life and rural tranquility. It is strategically located near La Sallista University and offers easy access through the Caldas Bypass. This VIS project offers three layout options that have been designed to adapt to all needs. The common areas are designed for a great family experience, providing large green spaces and recreational areas for everyone. Common areas include: a gym, turkish baths, pet area, BBQ, coworking area, multi purpose court, and an adult and children's pool.
