Santa Maria Urban Reserve, developed by Escalar Real Estate Management, represents the effort of many years of work by a great team led by Héctor Uribe and Juan Rodríguez. Its architecture is characterized by the relationship of brick volumes that are implanted in a leading landscape surrounded by mountains and pedestrian paths in a 2.3 hectare lot. At the heart of the project, a unique piece emerges: the clubhouse, which blends into the terrain and is the axis on which sports and social activities are connected. The project's 76 apartments are always surrounded by greenery, lighting and large balconies facing the Bogota afternoon sun.
