Monarca Luxury Towers are residential tower in Cartagena developed by Acohen + Fypco. The project is located in Castillo Grande, Cartagena. The architects Fanny Rosenbaum, Aaron Cohen, Roy Fernández designed this project to provide an exclusive high end experience. The renderings show unique architectural features, a world-class pool, and a scenic observation deck from which one can view panoramic vistas of the skyline or natural landscapes.
