Lewisham Gateway includes a mixed-use complex consisting of three residential buildings for the private rental sector, affordable housing, and co-living. It also features a seven-screen cinema and a series of commercial spaces. These renderings reflect the design and orientation in a way that provides maximum daylight while providing privacy to the users. The vast majority of units have dual aspect views towards the city, while only a small number have single aspect views. Dual aspect has significant implications on the quality of the residential environment by maximising sunlight and daylight, extending views, allowing privacy and improving air quality in flats. Furthermore, the rational design of the apartments will allow multiple furniture layouts and flexibility for the use of the spaces.
